RULES FOR UNION ARENA TICKET BATTLE
These Rules For Union Arena Ticket Battle (“Rules”) apply to UNION ARENA Ticket Get Battle (“UNI-Ticket Get Battle”), which is sponsored by Bandai Co., Ltd. (“Bandai”) located at 1-4-8, Komagata,Taito-ku,Tokyo,111-8081,Japan. By applying to this Ticket Battle, you, the Ticket Battle Participant (“You” or “Participant”), fully and unconditionally agree and accept these Rules.

Entry Period: Entry will be accepted online in the following periods.
■Entry for first shipment: April 8th – June 30th 23:59p.m. (JST)
■Entry for second shipment: July 1st 0:00 a.m. (JST) – September 30th 23:59 p.m. (JST)
Area: Hong-Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand
Gifts: Union Arena Commemorative Cards*, UNI-Ticket
*Illustrations on the commemorative cards may be subject to change without notice at Bandai’s discretion. Please note that there is a possibility that the Union Arena Cards identical or similar to this Event’s Commemorative Card may be distributed at the future events.
1. Participation/Gifts
Participants may enter UNI-Ticket Get Battle by following the procedure below:
① Become a member of Bandai Namco ID (“BNID”), register to attend on-site UNI-Ticket Get Battle related events (the “Events”) held at the local brick-and-mortar stores on-site and to participate in those Events.
② Receive a UNION ARENA Ticket (“UNI-Ticket”) as an entry prize and first place prize (for winners only) in the Events.
③ Visit the ticket exchange website (https://ticketget.unionarena-tcg.com/items) (“the Site”), enter the serial number printed on your Ticket and earn points.
④ Redeem your points on the Site to receive the Gifts.
2. Requirements
・ To participate in this UNI-Ticket Get Battle, Participants who do not have Bandai Namco ID(“BNID”) are required to become a member of BNID (free of charge). To become a member of BNID, Participants are required to agree to the BNID Terms of Service(https://www.bandainamcoid.com/info/terms) and BNE Privacy Policy(https://legal.bandainamcoent.co.jp/privacy/).
・ All information submitted to Bandai must be complete and accurate. If the Participant does not adhere to these Rules, such application may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Bandai,
・ You are responsible for the proper safekeeping of your UNI-Ticket. Bandai is not responsible for any damage or loss of UNI-Ticket. Bandai will not accept the reissue of UNI-Ticket or serial number under any circumstances.
・ This UNI-Ticket Get Battle is open only to legal residents of the Area (defined above) who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of primary residence (whichever older).
UNI-TICKETS ARE VOID OUTSIDE THE AREA.
・ Only Participants who have earned the required number of points will be eligible to redeem their points for Gifts. Transferring points to or from a third party is strictly prohibited and points will be void if transferred. Once redeemed, points cannot be refunded for any reason.
・ If Participants do not redeem points for Gifts within the validity period, the point will expire. Please read the point usage instruction page (https://www.unionarena-tcg.com/) carefully to confirm the validity period or other rules related to the points before redeeming points.
3. Shipment of Gifts
・ Transfer or sale of Gifts by recipient of the Gifts(“Recipients”) is prohibited.
・ Gifts may be delivered to Recipients by Bandai to the Recipient address registered on BNID at the time of shipment. Bandai does not notify individual Recipients prior to the shipment of Gifts. Recipients who have had change of address must submit new address via BNID at least on or prior to the application deadline for the first shipping (June 30th 23:59p.m (JST)) or, for the second shipping (September 30th 23:59 p.m. (JST)). Shipment date is subject to change at any time.
・ If the Gifts is not served or received despite delivery of the Gifts to the registered address, such Gifts may be forfeited. Bandai shall have no liability for Recipient’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning shipping address.
・ During the Entry Period, if any registration data is lost, inaccurate, corrupted, unidentifiable or damaged, Bandai has no liability with respect to Participant’s disqualification or failure to obtain Gifts.
・ Gifts received by Recipient may not be returned or exchanged.
4. General Terms
・ Bandai reserves the right in its discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Ticket Battle should any circumstance beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of this UNI-Ticket Get Battle.
・ All costs and expenses incurred by Participants out of in relation to the participation of this UNI-Ticket Get Battle including but not limited to participation fee for the Event charged by the local store, transportation fee to and from the Event and communication costs or personal device costs for entering the UNI-Ticket Get Battle and accessing the Site shall be borne by the Participants.
・ All income and gift taxes connected with any Gifts and the reporting consequences thereof are the sole responsibility of the Recipients. Bandai reserves the right to withhold and remit to the relevant taxing authorities the amount of any tax due.
・ Participants of the UNI-Ticket Get Battle cannot submit to Bandai unsolicited ideas, works, proposals, suggestions, artwork content or the like whether on UNI-Ticket Get Battle or otherwise(collectively, the “Ideas”) Despite our request, if Participants submit such Ideas, Participants agree that the submissions of Ideas along with related intellectual property rights will automatically become the sole property of Bandai, without any compensation to the Participants, Bandai is entitled to use such Ideas in any way for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without any restriction whatsoever; and Bandai may consider such Idea as non- confidential information and disclose such Ideas to any third party without obtaining permission from the Participants.

5. Representations and Warranties
Each Participant who applies for this UNI-Ticket Get Battle represents and warrants as follows: (i) the participation does not and will not violate or infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party and (ii) the Application does not and will not violate any applicable laws and is not and will not be defamatory or libelous. Each Participant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Bandai harmless from and against all third-party claims, actions or proceedings of any kind and from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses relating to or arising out of any breach or alleged breach of any of the warranties, representations, covenants, obligations or agreements of Participants hereunder.
6. DISCLAIMER
BANDAI PROVIDES UNI-TICHET GET BATTLE AND GIFTS TO PARTICIPANTS ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BANDAI SPECIFICALLY MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, ACCURACY, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, TIMELINESS, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE TICKET BATTLE OR THE GIFTS OR THE CONTENT ASSOCIATED THEREWITH. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, BANDAI MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT THE TICKET BATTLE OR THE GIFTS OR THE CONTENT ASSOCIATED THEREWITH WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT THE APPLICANT’S DATA WILL ALWAYS BE STORED CORRECTLY, THAT DEFECTS OR MALFUNCTIONS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT THE TICKET BATTLE AND THE GIFTS OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT UNI-TICKET GET BATTLE OR THE GIFTS OR ANY CONTENT ASSOCIATED THEREWITH WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABLITIY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT (A) WILL BANDAI OR ITS AFFILIATES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE LICENSORS OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO PARTICIPANTS OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES RESULTING FROM DELAY OF DELIVERY, FROM LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OR GOODWILL, OR FROM BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS RULES OR PARTICIPANTS APPLICATION OR INABILITY TO APPLY FOR THE TICKET BATTLE AND THE RECIPT OR INABILITY TO RECEIPT GIFTS, WHATEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, INCLUDING CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE OR BANDAI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND (B) SHALL BANDAI’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO APPLICANTS UNDER THIS RULES FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00).
8. Governing Law and Dispute resolution
These Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. All disputes, controversies, or differences arising out of or in connection with these Rules and the participation of UNION ARENA Ticket Get Battle shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of The Japan Commercial Arbitration Association. The place of arbitration shall be Tokyo, Japan.
